| IN THIS TOPIC |
The Inbound Deliveries feature in Flexe helps you access and manage everything associated with the receiving process. You can use it to:
- View and check the status of your inbound deliveries.
- Confirm scheduled inbounds. To learn more, go to Confirming Inbound Deliveries.
- Receive inventory and/or purchase orders (i.e. PO Receipts). To learn more, go to Receiving Inbound Deliveries.
Note: If your warehouse or reservation uses the License Plate Number (LPN) system, follow the guidance in Inbound Deliveries for LPNs.
Viewing Inbound Deliveries
You can access information about inbound deliveries in Flexe from your Dashboard and from the Inbound Deliveries section.
From Your Dashboard
When you log in to Flexe, your Dashboard is the first thing that shows on-screen. You can also open this view by selecting Dashboard from the left menu.
Your dashboard includes a snapshot of recent inbound and outbound activity at your warehouse. You can scroll through the Inbound Deliveries section to quickly view upcoming scheduled, requested and altered inbound deliveries. To view additional details, select a specific inbound delivery.
Note: If your warehouse has multiple nodes within the Flexe network, open the dropdown menu at the top of your dashboard screen to switch between warehouses:
From the Flexe Menu
Select Inbound Deliveries from the left menu to access and manage all inbound deliveries. Use the tabs at the top of the page (New, Confirmed, Arrived, Receiving, Altered, Complete) to view inbound deliveries by status.
