How to use the Item Master feature in Flexe to view inventory levels and item properties.
| IN THIS TOPIC |
You can use the Item Master page in Flexe to quickly view available inventory levels and find additional details about specific SKUs, including dimensions, weights and carton or pallet configurations.
Navigating the Item Master
To access the page, select Item Master from the left menu in Flexe.
Here's a quick overview of the information you can find on the Item Master page:
- SKU - Abbreviation for Stock Keeping Unit. This is the unique identifier for an item down to size, color and style (if applicable).
- Description - Description of the SKU.
- Group - If inventory groups are defined for your reservation, this section shows the inventory group assigned for the item. If you don't see the "Group" column on the page, inventory groups are not enabled for your reservation.
- Stored Pallets - Total number of pallets for a specific SKU.
- Available Cartons - The number of cartons in allocatable locations (rack, bin, floor), minus cartons already allocated to orders.
- Available Eaches - The number of eaches in allocatable locations (rack, bin, floor), minus eaches already allocated to orders.
- Stored Eaches - The total number of eaches in allocatable locations (rack, bin, floor).
- Requested Eaches - The number of eaches allocated to open orders.
- Inbounded Eaches - The number of eaches in inbound staging (i.e. where inventory is kept during the receiving process), that have not yet been moved to a storage location. For reservations that don't use locations, items show in this location when the corresponding inbound delivery is in the "Confirmed" status. Once the delivery is complete, these items automatically move to their storage locations within the system.
- On Hold Eaches - Eaches in quality audit locations (only applicable for reservations that use locations).
- Damaged Eaches - The number of eaches in a quality audit location that have been marked as "damaged" by the warehouse. This only includes items processed through the Returns feature. For reservations that don't use locations, this includes items marked as damaged through returns or inbound.
