How to use Daily Summary on the Performance and Reporting page.

Purpose

To describe how to use the Daily Summary dashboard within the Performance and Reporting page in an effort to ensure quality and optimize your operation.

Process

Overview

The Daily Summary section of the Performance and Reporting page provides insight into work completed and is divided into Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory sections.  

The filters at the top apply to each section on the Daily Summary dashboard 

• Reservation Name: if you have access to multiple reservations, you’re able to filter them here
• Warehouse: if you have access to multiple warehouses within your organization, you’re able to filter them here
• Date Range: select any date range to update the data

The same options are available for downloading CSVs of the data as in other sections of this page. 

Inbounds

This section provides a snapshot of inbound activity for the specified date range, including inbounds both new inbounds scheduled and confirmed, deliveries that have arrived and/or are being received, and a total quantity of LPNs received and put away. 

The table at the bottom of the section displays a summary of inbound activity per reservation, including more detail regarding eaches, cartons, and pallet equivalents received. 

The same options are available for downloading the data as in previous sections. 

Outbounds

This section provides a snapshot of outbound activity for the specified date range, including the quantity of shipments in each stage of processing from creation through completion. This includes both freight and parcel.

Inventory

This section provides a snapshot of inventory as of now and a quantity of Cycle Counts completed based on the specified date range. Note that the Inventory on Hand will not update for different data ranges as it is meant to provide an accurate picture of what is on hand right now.
