How to pick parcel shipments on Flexe mobile devices.

This guidance only applies if Scalable Fulfillment Solution (SFS) functionality has been enabled for your reservation(s). For more information about SFS, reach out to your Flexe Logistics Analyst.
After you've waved shipments and printed batch documents, you're ready to proceed with the picking process on a Flexe mobile devices.

Before you start
Before beginning a pick, make sure you have the following:
- Wave or batch documents
- Flexe mobile device
- Available pick cart
Picking
To pick a batch or wave on a Flexe mobile device:
1. Select Pick Goods from the home screen.
2. Scan the batch barcode.
3. Scan a pick cart barcode.
4. Go to the recommended location and scan its barcode.
5. Scan the requested SKU and place it in your cart.
6. Enter the number of items you're picking.
Make sure you're picking and entering the correct unit of measure quantity (e.g. in this case, 13 eaches not 13 cartons).
7. Repeat this process until all requested inventory is picked.
Repeat these steps until you've picked all requested inventory. You'll then be prompted to scan the drop off location for the pick cart.
Dropoff
Once you've finished the picking process, you'll need to drop off your cart at an outbound staging location or pack station. These locations are used for consolidating and staging multiple batches within a wave before packing and loading.
For waves with multiple batches, once the first batch is dropped off at a location, any users picking remaining batches will be directed to drop off their carts at the same location.
Note: Dropoff locations can hold only one wave at a time, and are not open for new waves until the old wave has been completed (packed).
If a pick has not been completed by the current user, select the Drop Off option at the bottom right of the screen. This will direct you to drop off the cart at the designated staging location or pack station, as if it were already complete. Another user can then resume the batch with the same pick cart, by scanning the batch documents.
Common Errors
The following errors may show on the mobile device during picking:

"Unrecognized Barcode" |
This happens when our system cannot find information for the barcode scanned during the picking process. Confirm the correct barcode was scanned and retry. |
"Wrong SKU" |
This happens when you scan an incorrect SKU barcode. Confirm the SKU barcode is correct and retry. |
"Unpickable Location" |
This can happen when a different location than the one requested is scanned. Confirm you are at the right location and retry, or proceed to the correct location. |
Staging Location Issue“A problem occurred...Staging Location Unavailable. Shipment # already assigned to this location are not allowed to be mixed with this shipment." |
This occurs if you attempt to drop items picked for a shipment into an Outbound Staging Location that already has shipments assigned to it. Shipments with different destination IDs cannot be added to the same Outbound Location. Use an alternate location if possible and check if shipments previously dropped into the Outbound Location need to be completed in Flexe. |
