A put wall is a physical structure of cubbies used to stage inventory for parcel shipments.

Once items have been picked onto a pick cart and the cart is complete, those items can be sorted onto a put wall before the packing process.

Sorting Shipments Onto a Put Wall

To sort shipments onto a put wall on Flexe mobile devices:  

1. Select Rebin from the home screen.

2. Scan the pick cart and bring it to the put wall.

Scan the cart used to pick the shipments, then move it over to the put wall you'll use to sort the shipments. 

3. Scan the put wall. 

Note: If another pick cart from the same wave has already been assigned to a put wall, the device will automatically direct you to go to that put wall. 

4. Scan a SKU from the pick cart.

Scan any picked item inside the cart. 

5. Move the item to the cubby shown on the device and scan the cubby barcode.

Once you scan an item, the device will show you which cubby it should be sorted into. Find the cubby on the put wall, place the item inside, then scan the cubby barcode. 

Repeat this process until the entire cart is sorted.                                                                 

   

Common Errors

These errors may show on mobile devices during picking:

	This happens if the wrong cubby is scanned when sorting items onto a put wall.  Scan the cubby recommended on the device again. If the error persists, check the barcode on the cubby for any issues.
