Editing LPN Properties During Cycle Counts

How to change the quantity (number of cartons) and expiration date for an LPN during a cycle count.

Editing LPN Properties in Flexe

After a cycle count has been submitted from a mobile device, a number of LPN properties can also be edited via the Cycle Counts page on the Flexe web platform, including: 

• Lot Code
• Expiration Date
• Manufacture Date
• Eaches per Inner Pack
• Eaches per Outer Case

To edit the properties of an LPN in Flexe: 

1. Open the count from the Cycle Counts page.

2. Select Edit Properties. 

 Select the Edit Properties option next to the counted LPN you need to update.  

3. Make changes as needed, then select Save. 

Use the relevant section(s) to make changes to specific LPN properties, as needed. Then select Save. 

4. Complete the cycle count. 

Complete the cycle count from the Flexe web platform to make sure the changes you entered for the LPN are reflected in the system. 

Note: The changes you entered won't show on the cycle count details page--you'll need to open the LPN details page to review the changes.
