What Does Each Cycle Count Status Mean?
After a cycle count has been requested, the warehouse will receive an email prompting them to confirm and complete the count within 48 hours.
- Once the warehouse has acknowledged the count by clicking Confirm, it will move to a Pending status. A newly created cycle count initiated by the warehouse on the Flexe UI will also have a Pending status.
2. Once the warehouse manager clicks on the cycle count that is in a Pending status and clicks Start and assigns it to a mobile user, it will move to In-Progress status.
3. Click into the count to monitor the status of In-Progress counts (shown below).
a. Expected refers to the quantity currently listed for that SKU.
b. Actual refers to the quantity counted by the warehouse.
4. Once a worker is done and clicks Submit Count and Submit Progress on the mobile device, the warehouse operator can now click Submit for Review on the Flexe UI. This will update the status of the count from In Progress to Under Review.
If there are missing LPNs, these will be highlighted in RED like below for the manager's review:
5. After a warehouse manager reviews the cycle count is accurate, clicking Complete on the upper right hand corner of the page will push the cycle count status to Completed.
*Note: Clicking Cancel on a cycle count status from the Flexe UI will push the cycle count status to Cancelled.
