This SOP provides guidance on how to request a Cycle Count in FLEXE.

Overview
As a Shipper with Flexe, you have the ability to request a warehouse partner carry out a cycle count on your goods. This guide will explain the specifications that you can make in your request around warehouses and SKUs, it will also cover the details available once the count is complete.
Creating the Count
1. To access the cycle count feature, select Cycle Counts from the menu bar underneath the Inventory section on the FLEXE website.
2. Click + Create Cycle Count in the upper right hand corner. After clicking + Create Cycle Count this will open a page titled New Cycle Count that shows a list of all of your SKUs.
3. Select the desired reservation from the dropdown
4. Select desired SKUs by clicking the + sign. The + sign will turn into a blue check mark ( ) to indicate this has been selected for the count.
a. Users also have the ability to type in a SKU or description to filter and easily locate desired SKUs.
5. When finished selecting SKUs, click Count Selected in the upper right hand corner of the page to generate the cycle count.
6. The below window will appear, allowing you to review the reservation and selected SKU(s) and confirm you would like to create this cycle count by clicking Yes, create.
a. The newly created cycle count will appear under a Requested status.
In Progress Counts
After a cycle count has been requested, the warehouse will receive an email prompting them to confirm and complete the count within 48 hours.
- Once the warehouse has acknowledged the count, it will move to a Pending status.
- When they begin to work on the count, it will move to In-Progress.
3. Click into the count to monitor the status of In-Progress counts (shown below):
a. Expected refers to the quantity currently listed for that SKU
b. Counted refers to the quantity counted by the warehouse
Completed Counts & Reporting
1. Once the Cycle Count has been completed, it will move to a Completed status. You can review differences, if any, that the warehouse uncovered during their count. All users with the Operations role will receive an email once the cycle count has been completed.
2. Users are able to download a CSV report from completed cycle counts by selecting
Generate Cycle Count Report in the right hand corner.
3. The CSV report will download directly to the browser. An example report is shown below:
