Use this process to move SKUs from one LPN to another, or to move SKU from one LPN to a new LPN. For more information on Edit LPN see

Before you begin, make sure you have the following:

Flexe Mobile Device
The LPN(s) to be edited have been moved into the same location
Documentation detailing the LPNs and quantities to be edited

Detailed Steps

1. Select Build LPN from the device home screen.

2. Select Edit LPN.

3. Scan the source LPN you are removing items from.

This can be a carton LPN, a pallet LPN, or a parent pallet LPN.

4. Scan the SKU you'd like to remove from the Source LPN, or select Move All LPN Contents.

If moving a carton LPN from a nested pallet LPN, scan the carton LPN as directed and continue to step 6.

5. If you scan a SKU, enter the quantity you want to remove from the source LPN.

6. Scan the Destination LPN you are moving the items to.

7. To finalize the edit, select Complete Move.

8. After completing the move, you can continue moving SKUs from the source LPN, or select a new LPN to edit.

Note: You'll need to select one of these options to navigate back to the home screen.

Common Errors

Issue or Error	How to Troubleshoot
"Bad Request, LPN Not Found . . . ."	This error message can occur if you scan a barcode that isn't a supported LPN. Select Try Another and rescan the LPN barcode. If the error reappears check the LPN information on the Flexe website.
"LPNs Can't Be Edited at This Location"	This can happen if you attempt to edit an LPN in a location that is not supported (a Lost location or a Virtual location, like a mobile device). Use Move Items to relocate the LPN(s) to a supported location, then try the LPN edit again.
"Not a SKU"	This can happen if you scan a barcode that is not a SKU. Try rescanning the SKU barcode.
"SKU not in LPN"	This can happen if you scan a SKU that is not recorded as part the selected LPN selected. Use Lookup Details to determine which SKUs are included on the LPN.
"You can only move a max of . . . . "	This error occurs if you attempt to move more eaches of a SKU from the LPN than exist on the LPN. Enter a quantity of eaches less than or equal to the number of SKU eaches on the LPN.
"LPN is Part of a Different Shipment"	This error occurs if you attempt to move units from an LPN to one on a different shipment. Scan a destination LPN that is part of the same shipment as the source LPN.
"Can't Move to Carton LPN"	This error occurs when trying to move a nested carton LPN, when you scan another carton LPN as the destination LPN. Nested carton LPNs can only be added to another parent pallet LPN. Review the LPN contents of the shipment to select the correct parent pallet LPN.
