Downloading Cycle Count Reports

How to download cycle counts reports in Flexe.

After cycle counts are created, you can download reports at any stage for your records from the Cycle Counts page in Flexe.

Downloading a Report for a Single Count

You can download a report for any cycle count, in any status, on the details page of that cycle count.

To download the report, select Cycle Counts from the left menu and find the relevant count from the Cycle Counts page.

Then, select the Generate Cycle Count Report option. 

Note: When downloading In Progress counts, locations which are counted as 0 and locations that have not yet been counted will display as 0 in the Counted Amount column. 

Downloading a Report for Multiple Counts

You can also download a report that includes multiple cycle counts (up to 50 at one time). 

To generate a report with multiple counts, you'll first need to add a filter on the main cycle counts page with at least one criteria.

Note: This helps narrow the report to the specific counts you want to review, while also making sure the report parameters remain with the 50 count maximum. 

To download a report for multiple counts: 

1. Open Cycle Counts from the left menu, then select New Filter. 

2. Add a filter to select a specific list of counts.

Filter options include things like the Reservation ID, Date Range, Status and more. Select the blue checkmark to apply the filter. 

Example:  If you want to generate a report of all completed counts, select the Status filter in first dropdown. Then in the Choose a status dropdown, select Completed. A list of the 50 most recently completed counts will then show onscreen. 

3. Select Download Reports.  

Use the Download Reports for Counts option to generate a report with all the counts on the page.  

If there are more than 50 counts, you can download additional results by advancing to the next page and selecting Download Reports again.

Repeat until all the reports needed are downloaded.

The report downloads through your web browser in a .csv file. Once the download is complete, select it to access the report:   

All results from the cycle counts will show here, including empty locations counted.
