How to use the Order Line Report in Looker to cancel open orders via CSV in Flexe.

The Order Lines Report found in the Looker reporting tool will allow you to locate and download order lines or entire orders in a CSV file.
This file can then be uploaded to the Flexe UI cancellation tool using a template for bulk-cancellation. Afterwards, you will receive an email from Flexe which lists all order and order line cancellation successes and failures.
Order Line Report: Looker
- Contact your primary Logistics Analyst to have a custom Order Line Report created for your account in Looker. After this is set up, you'll be able to access the report anytime via a hyperlink.
- Use the Filters available to locate orders and/or lines you want to cancel
- The Purchase Order Company ID will reflect your Flexe Company ID by default, so that only orders for your organization will appear.
- The Filters search terms are automatically set as is equal to so that you are given exact results for your inputs.
- Order lines, as well as entire orders can be filtered for here and exported.
- For guidance on which filters might be most helpful, please reach out to your primary Logistics Analyst.

Data displayed in Looker can be 20-25 minutes behind what appears in Flexe. If 25 minutes have passed since a known update and this is not reflected in your report data, please contact support@flexe.com.
- When you are ready to retrieve your filtered results, click the Run button in the top right hand corner of the page.
4. After the report has been run, click the gear button and select Download from the dropdown that appears.
5. Select the CSV option from the File Format list, then click the Download button.
6. Once you’ve downloaded the Order Lines CSV, you can port this data into a cancellation template in the Flexe UI.
Canceling Orders in Flexe

In the Flexe UI, select Orders from the left hand side menu, within the Outbound section
- Click the Cancel Orders/Lines by CSV button on the main Outbound Orders page.
3. To download the cancellation template, click on the blue CSV template hyperlink text at the top of the page that applies to your case.
4. Before adding your reporting data to the template, you should review the section called See more about what inputs your file needs. Click on this blue text to view these guidelines.
5. Fill in the template with your order and/or line data. Be sure to specify the correct Cancellation Reason (end_customer_request, customer_request, invalid_order_submission) for each item. Save your file as a CSV.
6. Upload your file using the Upload CSV drag and drop option, or the Choose File button.
7. After your file has been uploaded, choose your email address from the Select a shipper user email dropdown, then click the Submit button.
8. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email from noreply@flexe.com with the title CSV Bulk Cancellation Report, plus the date and time. You will receive one or two files, depending on whether there are both successes and failures. In the example below, all cancellations were successful so there is a success details report, but no failure report.
