Reviewing Deliveries
Once a warehouse confirms and schedules a delivery you’ll receive an email notification.
Note: If you can't find this message in your inbox, try your Spam or Junk folders. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@flexe.com for additional help.
You can access confirmed and scheduled deliveries from the In Progress tab on the Inbound Deliveries page.
Select a delivery to open the details page, where you can review additional information about the delivery and monitor the receiving process at the warehouse.
Delivery Information & Status
The Delivery Information section at the top of the page displays important information about the inbound, including the Type, delivery Date, Trailer #, Seal # and any special instructions for the warehouse.
It also tracks the current status of the shipment at the warehouse:
- New - Newly created deliveries
- Confirmed - Deliveries the warehouse has confirmed and scheduled
- Arrived - Deliveries that have arrived at the warehouse
- Receiving - Deliveries that are being received into inventory on Flexe mobile devices
- Completed - Deliveries that have been fully received and finalized.
Warehouse Information
Use the Warehouse Information section to find general information about the warehouse--including the primary contact you or a carrier can reach out to.
Delivery Summary
Go to the Delivery Summary section to track receiving progress at the warehouse. You can review Expected quantities in the delivery against Received quantities physically received at the warehouse.
You can also use the tabs across the top of the section to review delivery details by SKUs, LPNs and/or Purchase Orders.
Note: If an item was received in both cartons and eaches, the Delivery Summary will automatically convert and display both units of measure (UoM).
For inbounds in the Receiving or Completed status, a warning message shows at the top of the Delivery Summary whenever received quantities don't match expected quantities. Any items with a variance are highlighted in yellow, as well.
