How to view inventory details in Flexe.

Item Master
The Item Master page will show you inventory levels at all your warehouses, broken down by different statuses and units of measure.
To access this page, on the side panel of the Flexe web platform to go to the Inventory section and click on Item Master.
- If your company has multiple reservations select the specific reservation you would like to view from the drop down. Or you may select All reservations to view inventory across all your reservations at once.
- If you would like to view inventory for just one SKU or Group enter the SKU or Group name into the Type to filter…. section.
- Column Definitions
- SKU: The unique identifier for an item.
- Description: A brief description of the SKU.
- Group: If Inventory Groups were defined for your project this will appear to identify specific groups of products. To view inventory groups: On the home page of FLEXE platform, go to the Groups page in the Inventory section.
- Stored Pallets: The total number of pallets in allocatable locations for a specific SKU.
- Available Cartons: The number of cartons that are sitting in allocatable locations (rack, bin, floor) within the warehouse, minus cartons already allocated to orders.
- Available Eaches: The number of eaches that are sitting in allocatable locations (rack, bin, floor) within the warehouse, minus eaches already allocated to orders.
- Stored Eaches: The total number of eaches that are sitting in allocatable locations (rack, bin, floor) within the warehouse.
- The remaining columns, listed below, are only applicable to fulfillment reservations and do not apply to capacity reservations.
- Requested Eaches: The number of eaches allocated to open orders.
- Inbounded Eaches: The quantity of eaches sitting in inbound staging that have not yet been placed in a storage location.
- On Hold Eaches: Eaches that have been placed in quality audit locations. Note: Not applicable for reservations who do not use Flexe locations.
- Damaged Eaches: The number of eaches in a quality audit location that have been marked as damaged by the warehouse, upon receipt via the returns feature only. Note: For reservations not using Flexe locations, this includes items marked as damaged when received on standard inbounds as well.
Inventory Detail
You may click on any SKU to view more specific details, such as:
- SKU number, brief description of the SKU, Inventory group, SKU status.
- SKU details at the each, carton, inner packs (if applicable), and pallet levels, including the dimensions of each unit of measure, UPC barcodes, and ship methods (Shipalone = shipped by itself in an overbox vs. Ship as is = item does not need overboxing).
- Then(Left to right), the reservation you are currently viewing, number of pallets stored of that SKU, and the number of cartons available for orders.
Download Inventory Report
Any time you want a report of these real time inventory levels within the warehouse, download the Inventory Report on the Item Master page.
- Click on the Download Inventory drop down box in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select from the options to run a report for all reservations or a specific reservation.
3. Once you have clicked your chosen option, the system will generate and download an excel file (.CSV) at the bottom left hand corner of the screen. Click on the download to open the excel report.
Note: If you have filtered the Item Master page and download a report, your report will be restricted to the results of the filter.
Generate Report (Capacity Reservations)
This report can only be used for capacity reservations. It provides a snapshot of in and out movements of full pallets.
- From the home page on the Flexe web platform to go to the Inventory tab, click on Item Master.
2. Next click on the Generate Report drop down box in the top right corner of the screen. You will have the option to run a report for all reservations or a specific reservation.
3. After you select your reservation option, you will be directed to a report within the FLEXE platform.
4. The Generate Report has now been successfully run.

Non-inventory Tracking
In order for non-inventory items to be tracked by the Flexe platform, you would need to assign a SKU number to the item.
