This message occurs when the quantity entered does not match the expected for this inbound delivery. Check to make sure the SKU and quantity information for the pallet is correct. Then check to make sure the SKU is from the correct inbound delivery. |
Accidentally Exited Receiving App

If you accidentally exit the receiving app, re-select the Inbound and the type of receiving (i.e. Standard or Sort & Seg). If you are unsure of the Inbound Location or LPNs scanned previously, check the Inbound Details page on the Flexe website for previous activity. |
