How to use the Tasks page in Flexe to find information about picking tasks completed on Flexe mobile devices.

The Tasks Log shows you:

Task Statuses
Before viewing the Task Filters, ensure the correct Reservation ID is selected from the dropdown menu under the Tasks page header.
Use the tabs at the top of the page to view tasks by status:
- New: Outbound orders for which the picking process has not yet been started. The batch has been generated, but the batch barcode has not yet been scanned.
- In Progress: After the batch barcode has been scanned and the pick appears on the mobile device, the task will appear in this tab.
- Issues: A move still in progress for more than 1 hour, that hasn't been scanned to a destination; or a paused/halted move
- Halted: Tasks that have been manually paused.
- Cancelled: Orders that have been cancelled by the shipper.
- Completed: Any move completed in the last 48 hours
In Progress tasks not completed within 48 hours will no longer display on the Tasks page; but will still be visible via the Locations page in the last location scanned for that item. This can be a transitional location (shown as a username) or a designated warehouse location.
- Location: A physical location at a warehouse. The Flexe platform categorizes locations based on type or how they're used at the warehouse--including Inbound, Outbound, Storage and QA.
- For more information about locations, check out Creating and Managing Locations.
