How to use the new Shipments functionality in Flexe to view, manage and complete outbound orders.

The Shipments page is where you can access and manage activity for all of your outbound shipments, both parcel and freight.
Navigating the Shipments Page
To get started, log in to Flexe and select Shipments from the left menu:
This opens the main Shipments page:
You can use the dropdown menus and tabs at the top of the page to access available sort options and filters:

Reservation Use the Reservation dropdown to view shipments for a specific reservation. |

Ship By Use the Ship By dropdown to filter by ship time. |

Filter By Use the Select Filter dropdown to filter by available options:

Shipment Type Use these tabs to filter by shipment type:

Status Use the Status dropdown to filter by the status of the shipment. Use the check boxes to select each status you want to view, or use Select All to view all shipments:

Sort By You can use this dropdown to sort shipments by age, newest or oldest. |
Note: You can also use the Select All option to select all shipments currently onscreen.
Shipment Details
Select a shipment to open the shipment details. From here, you can view all available information about the shipment, track its status and access available actions, like editing details or uploading documents.
Once the Shipment is in Packed status, a link to its current Pack Station or Outbound location can also be found on this page.
Reviewing Customer Reference Numbers
You can also review the customer reference number associated with an order from the shipment details. These reference numbers can be helpful if you’re coordinating with a shipper to track or follow up on specific shipments.
