Errors with Adding Inventory by CSV
If your upload doesn’t work, the system will show you the items that need to be edited.
Correct those items, then try the upload again.
If you're still getting an error, try copying only the text from your existing CSV to a new one. Often, metadata is left behind that the system cannot process. Doing this should resolve this issue.
Errors with Creating Palletized Deliveries by CSV
- If your upload fails, the system will display errors on the same page. Review and correct the listed issues, then attempt the upload again.
a. For example, one common error as pictured below is that the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) dates are in the past. These errors will be highlighted in red to indicate that this field requires updating.

2. If you're still getting an error, try copying only the text from your existing CSV to a new one. Often, metadata is left behind which the system cannot process--doing this should get rid of that.
