Basic overview of how to navigate Flexe mobile devices, including using the keypad and general troubleshooting.

Using the Virtual Keypad
To access or hide the onscreen keypad for the device, simply click/touch the open text field and the keypad will open automatically. You can change this setting in the Change keyboard menu at the bottom right. Use the Show virtual keyboard toggle to turn the automatic display on or off.
Note: The Change keyboard menu is only visible once you've selected a text field. You can change the Show virtual keyboard setting at any time.
For MC3300 devices, keep in mind that the physical keypad does not display all characters (like “@” or “-”). However, special characters, Numbers and even Barcodes are on separate Tabs for easy use.
