Process
Overview
This dashboard is divided into 3 sections: Outbound, Inbound, and Inventory. Each section has a chart detailing overall volume along with indicators measuring this week’s performance against SLAs and providing a comparison against last week’s performance.
The filters at the top apply to each section on the Warehouse KPI dashboard
- Reservation Name: if you have access to multiple reservations, you’re able to filter them here
- Warehouse: if you have access to multiple warehouses within your organization, you’re able to filter them here
- Date Range: select any date range to update the charts and data comparisons
- Time Granularity: the intervals displayed on the graphs and in the CSV downloads of each metric
Weekly Outbound KPIs
The top of this section provides a description of each KPI related to Outbound processing. These KPIs are represented as percentages against SLAs below, including a comparison against last week's performance.
The graph shows total outbound volume completed, including both parcel and freight where applicable, over the date range selected at the top of the page. Note that the unit of measure here is shipments, not units.
Hover over each box to reveal an option to download the data behind each metric.
Hover over the filters applied to reveal them if selected
Select Download to reveal the option to download a record of each metric over the specified date range presented on the same basis you selected with the Time Granularity filter. Selecting Advance provides the option of formatting the data for a CSV file and a row limiter in case you have more than 1000 rows.
Weekly Inbound KPIs
The top of this section provides a description of each KPI related to Inbound processing. These KPIs are represented as percentages against SLAs below, including a comparison against last week's performance.
The graph shows total inbound volume completed over the date range selected at the top of the page. Note that the unit of measure here is inbound deliveries, not units. The same options are available for downloading CSVs of the data as above.
Inventory KPIs
The top of this section provides a description of each KPI related to Inventory. These KPIs are represented as percentages against SLAs below, including a comparison against last week’s performance.
The graph shows the quantity of cycle counts completed over the date range selected at the top of the page. Note that the unit of measure here is counts, not SKUs or units counted or adjusted. The same options are available for downloading CSVs of the data as above.
